I will take you through a motivating and inspiring weights based programme. The session will be tailored to your level of fitness and what your goals are, this includes some dynamic stretching at the end of our session to help prevent injury and aid recovery.

I also take care of the little things such as fresh water and fluffy towels to make sure that all you need to worry about is giving your best effort to get the great results.

One on one personal training sessions with Natasha are $60 for a 45 minute session and $100 for a double person session.
