Personal training sessions are available in our new, very comfortable studio, or we have options available for outdoor or home-based sessions.
We will take you through a motivating and inspiring weights based programme. You are the centre of attention and you will be looked after as you are guided through the exercises.
The session will be tailored to your level of fitness and what your goals are, this includes some dynamic stretching at the end of our session to help prevent injury and aid recovery.
We also take care of the little things such as fresh water and fluffy towels to make sure that all you need to worry about is giving your best effort to get the great results. You'll also get email support and nutritional advice.
