This is an exciting new option for people who have a dream or want an adventure.
Whether you want to climb to the heights of a Mayan temple or walk the Milford track I can make it all more achievable. I can help you every step of the way or you are free to go it alone.
I will tailor a program that has your goal in mind, it will include specific tasks that will help you towards your goal; like kayaking lessons, running coaching, rock-climbing training or increasingly challenging hill walks. Your program will take gradual purposeful steps towards your goal. 
Goals can be anything you can think of;
a cycling holiday,
a tramp or hike,
an adventure race,
a 5km walk,
a marathon,
a swimming event,
even a mountain climb.
I doesn't matter if you can't do it now we will help you raise to the challenge!
I can arrange overseas options if you want for groups for 6 or more, these can be tailored to suit your destination, and can include climbing to the top of the Mayan temples, trekking to the base camp of Mount Everest, or Mount Kilimanjaro or the China Marathon.
By the time your goal comes around you will be physically able and well equip to be able to complete your goal with confidence.
